摘  要:米拉多铜矿为高效利用含高岭土高氧化率硫化铜矿石,针对原浮选药剂制度粗选过程中粗颗粒损失的问题,在矿石性质研究的基础上,通过单因素条件试验确定了最佳试验参数,并考察了预先添加木质素磺酸钙作为分散剂对外排水水质及试验结果的影响。试验结果表明:粗选预先添加200 g/t的木质素磺酸钙,在粗选捕收剂丁基黄药总用量55 g/t、起泡剂F501总用量50 g/t、调整剂石灰用量400 g/t的条件下,可得到铜品位3.263%、铜回收率94.39%的铜粗精矿;在矿浆中含有较多分散性黏土的情况下,添加木质素磺酸钙对丁基黄药的自然降解影响较小,且能减少浮选药剂的用量,提高浮选指标,从而间接改善外排水的水质,可为现场工艺流程优化提供参考。In order to efficiently utilize the high oxidation rate copper sulfide ore containing kaolin in Mirador Copper Mine,aiming at the problems of coarse particle loss in the roughing process of the original flotation reagent system,based on the study of ore properties,the optimum test parameters are determined by single factor condition test,and the effect of pre-added calcium lignosulfonate as dispersant on the quali-ty of external drainage water and test results is investigated.The results show that the copper rough concen-trate with copper grade of 3.263%and copper recovery of 94.39%can be obtained by adding 200 g/t calci-um lignosulfonate in advance,under the conditions of total dosage of butyl xanthate 55 g/t,total dosage of foaming agent F50150 g/t and dosage of regulator lime 400 g/t.In the case of more dispersed clay in the pulp,the addition of calcium lignosulfonate has little effect on the natural degradation of butyl xanthate and can reduce the dosage of flotation reagents and improve the flotation index,thus indirectly improving the wa-ter quality of external drainage,which can provide reference for the optimization of on-site process flow.
