摘 要:为解决厄瓜多尔米拉多露天铜矿临空区域爆破效果较差、爆破滚石易引发泥石流、自然冲沟下游废石转运站及进矿道路安全易受威胁等问题,开展了临空面爆破滚石控制技术研究,提出了优化炮孔排间延时、爆区起爆点设置、边孔排炮孔倾角等措施。1350平台临空面控制爆破现场试验结果表明:试验爆区北侧进矿道路无明显爆破滚石,南侧自然边坡无明显垮落,整体形态良好,无明显岩墙生成。临空面爆破滚石控制技术为米拉多露天铜矿高效、安全、稳定生产提供了重要的技术支撑。In order to solve the problems such as poor blasting effect in the open air area of Mirador Copper Mine in Ecuador,debris flow easily caused by blasting stones,waste rock transfer station in the low-er reaches of natural gully and mining access road,the research on the control technology of blasting stones in open air was carried out,and the control measures such as optimizing the delay between hole rows,set-ting of blasting point in the blasting area and the inclination of blasting holes were put forward.The field test results of 1350 platform air face controlled blasting show that there is no obvious blasting stone on the mine approach road on the north side of the test explosion area,no obvious collapse of the natural slope on the south side,the overall shape is good,and no obvious dike formation.The control technology of rock blasting in the air surface provides important technical support for high efficiency,safety and stable production of Mi-rador Open-pit Copper Mine.
