摘  要:随着矿产资源需求的持续增长,金属露天矿山企业在安全生产方面面临诸多挑战。以Mirador铜矿为例,探讨了金属露天矿山危险源辨识、评价与应急预案的制定。介绍了重大危险源的概念及辨识方法,强调了危险源辨识在安全生产中的关键作用。通过4M1E法(人、机器、物料、方法、环境)对金属露天矿山的危险源进行了全面分析,并介绍了常用的风险评价方法,如作业危害分析(JHA)、作业条件危险性评价法(LEC)和危险与可操作性分析(HAZOP)。详细阐述了Mirador铜矿的应急预案制定过程,包括应急组织机构的建立、应急演练的实施以及事故应急程序的划分。规范的危险源辨识与风险管控,结合科学的应急预案,能够有效提升金属露天矿山的安全管理水平,减少事故发生,对推动金属露天矿山安全生产的常态化和长效化管理有积极意义。With the continuous growth of demand for mineral resources,metal open-pit mining enter-prises are facing many challenges in safety production.Taking Mirador Copper Mine as an example,the identification,evaluation and emergency plan of hazard sources in metal open-pit mines are discussed.The concept and identification method of major hazard sources are introduced,and the key role of hazard source identification in safety production is emphasized.The hazard sources of metal open-pit mines are compre-hensively analyzed by 4M1E method(human,machine,material,method,environment),and the common-ly used risk assessment methods are introduced,such as job hazard analysis(JHA),job condition risk as-sessment(LEC)and hazard and operability analysis(HAZOP).The emergency plan formulation process of Mirador Copper Mine is described in detail,including the establishment of emergency organization,the im-plementation of emergency drills and the division of accident emergency procedures.Standardized hazard identification and risk control,combined with scientific emergency plans,can effectively improve the safety management level of metal open-pit mines,reduce accidents,and have positive significance for promoting the normalization and long-term management of safety production in metal open-pit mines.
