摘　　要：米拉多铜矿矿石运输系统采用2条下运带式输送机,并配备了SINAMICSS120四象限变频器作为驱动系统,由于原控制系统设计存在不足,生产运行中出现了飞车超速事故,影响了系统的安全性和稳定性。为了解决该问题,米拉多铜矿对控制系统进行了优化改进,通过分析S120四象限变频器的配置和控制原理,调整了控制策略,增强了系统的安全保护功能,避免了飞车超速现象的再次发生。改进后的系统运行更加稳定,进一步提高了生产效率,确保了设备的高效稳定运行。The ore transportation system of Mirador Copper Mine adopts two downward belt conveyors and is equipped with SINAMICS S120 four-quadrant frequency converter as the driving system.Due to the shortcomings of the original control system design,there are a runaway overspeed accidents in the produc-tion operation,which affects the safety and stability of the system.In order to solve this problem,the control system of Mirador Copper Mine is optimized and improved.By analyzing the configuration and control princi-ple of S120 four-quadrant frequency converter,the control strategy is adjusted,the safety protection func-tion of the system is enhanced,and the recurrence of runaway overspeed phenomenon is avoided.The im-proved system runs more stably,further improves the production efficiency,and ensures the efficient and stable operation of the equipment.
