某煤矿充填系统改造实践

摘　　要：河北某煤矿膏体充填存在骨料粒径级配不合理、粉煤灰添加量大、充填成本高、矸石来料含水率高、含铁杂质多等问题,为在不停产的情况下解决问题,对充填系统进行了改造。通过新建1条破碎生产线,简化了破碎工艺流程;采用新型高效破碎机,使破碎后的骨料粒径分布满足充填要求,充填配比中粉煤灰用量减少,充填成本降低;改造振动筛仪器,降低了洗矸来料含水率,提高了破碎效率,改善了转运皮带走廊工作环境;在1#和9#转运皮带机头位置新增除铁器,清理了矸石来料中的含铁杂质,保障了破碎和充填设备的安全运行。充填系统改造后每年节约资金89.1万元,煤矸石处理能力增长1.62万t,取得了良好的经济及环保效益,达到了降本增效的目的,可供同类型矿山充填系统升级改造借鉴。There are some problems in paste filling in a coal mine in Hebei Province,such as unrea-sonable size distribution of aggregate,large amount of fly ash,high filling cost,high water content of gangue and iron impurities.In order to solve these problems without stopping production,reform is carried out on the filling system.By building a new crushing production line,the crushing process is simplified;Using a new high-efficiency crusher,the particle size distribution of crushed aggregates meets the filling requirements,the amount of fly ash in the filling ratio is reduced,and the filling cost is reduced.The modified vibrating screen instrument reduces the incoming water content of waste washing,increases the crushing efficiency and improves the working environment of the conveyor belt corridor.The iron remover is added at the head of the 1#and 9#transfer belt to clean up the iron impurities in the gangue incoming material and ensure the safe operation of the crushing and filling equipment.After the renovation of the fill-ing system,the annual capital saving of 891000 yuan,the coal gangue treatment capacity increased by 16200 tons,and achieved good economic and environmental benefits,achieving the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency,which can be used as a reference for the upgrading of the filling system in the same type of mine.
