摘 要:为了解决含水炮孔底部积水对炸药的影响,通过资料收集、炸药失效理论分析、装药结构理论分析以及现场试验,对三塘湖露天矿含水炮孔爆破孔底聚能间隔装药结构进行研究。结果表明,针对露天矿含水炮孔,孔底聚能间隔装药结构在岩石的破碎程度、根底的残留情况以及后拉范围方面取得了显著的效果,有效地解决了炸药失效的问题,同时降低了炸药单耗,减少了能量损失及对环境的影响。研究结果为提高露天矿爆破作业的效率和安全性提供了重要参考,对类似矿山具有重要的指导性意义。In order to solve the influence of water accumulation at the of water-bearing boreholebot-tom on explosives,through data collection,theoretical analysis of explosive failure,theoretical analysis of charging structure and field test,the bottom shaped charge structure of water-bearing blast hole in Santang-hu Open-pit Mine is studied.The results show that for the open-pit mine water-bearing borehole,the shaped charge structure at the bottom of the hole has achieved remarkable results in the degree of rock frag-mentation,the residual condition of the bottom and the range of the pullback,which effectively solves the problem of explosive failure.At the same time,the unit consumption of explosives is reduced,and the ener-gy loss and the impact on the environment are reduced.The research results provide an important reference for improving the efficiency and safety of open-pit blasting operation,and have important guiding signifi-cance for similar mines.
