摘 要:平山煤业轨道大巷在使用过程中,存在稳定性较差、围岩变形强烈、顶部和帮部移近量大、底鼓严重等问题,严重影响和威胁到矿井安全高效开采。通过分析破坏原因,得出主要为高应力、围岩强度、采动、支护强度低等。为了有效控制和改善巷道变形情况,提出治理措施,主要包括轨道大巷扩刷、轨道大巷支护补强、架棚、喷浆封闭、巷道全断面注浆等,并通过围岩变形数据监测,对治理效果进行验证。结果表明:治理后巷道围岩条件得到了改善,围岩强度得到增强,围岩位移量大大降低,围岩变形得到了有效控制。In the process of using the track roadway in Pingshan Coal Industry,there are some prob-lems,such as poor stability,strong deformation of surrounding rock,large displacement of top and side,and serious floor heave,which seriously affect and threaten the safe and efficient mining of the mine.By ana-lyzing the causes of damage,it is concluded that the main factors are high stress,surrounding rock strength,mining and low support strength.In order to effectively control and improve the deformation of the roadway,the control measures are put forward,mainly including the expansion of the track roadway,the support and reinforcement of the track roadway,the shed,the grouting closure,the whole section grouting of the road-way,etc.,and the control effect is verified by monitoring the deformation data of the surrounding rock.The results show that after the treatment,the surrounding rock conditions of the roadway are improved,the strength of the surrounding rock is enhanced,the displacement of the surrounding rock is greatly reduced,and the deformation of the surrounding rock is effectively controlled.
