摘 要:随着中关铁矿开采深度增加,地质条件愈加复杂。在巷道开拓施工中,围岩软弱破碎,具有变形大、流变强、易膨胀等特点,受围岩蚀变及高承压水泥化作用,出现冒顶现象,急需有效的支护技术。基于围岩力学试验及巷道长期施工经验,深入分析巷道失稳机理,提出了一种基于超前探测的高强度动态耦合支护技术。通过“先探注、加短探、弱爆破、小进尺、快防护、强支护、勤测量”策略,对破碎带及软岩型巷道实施定制化支护,根据实际工况动态调整施工方案。工程实践表明,该技术成功应用于复杂软岩巷道支护,保证了施工的安全,有效控制了巷道变形,实现了施工过程的动态应用,为类似复杂地质条件下的巷道支护提供了新的技术方案和实践指导。With the increase of mining depth of Zhongguan Iron Mine,the geological conditions be-come more and more complicated.In the construction of roadway development,the surrounding rock is weak and broken,with the characteristics of large deformation,strong rheology and easy expansion.Due to the al-teration of surrounding rock and high pressure cement,the roof fall occurs,and effective support technology is urgently needed.Based on the mechanical test of surrounding rock and the long-term construction experi-ence of roadway,the instability mechanism of roadway is deeply analyzed,and a high-strength dynamic coupling support technology based on advanced detection is proposed.Through the strategy of'first explora-tion and injection,short exploration,weak blasting,small footage,fast protection,strong support and fre-quent measurement',customized support is implemented for the fractured zone and soft rock roadway,and the construction scheme is dynamically adjusted according to the actual working conditions.The engineering practice shows that the technology has been successfully applied to the support of complex soft rock road-way,which ensures the safety of construction,effectively controls the deformation of roadway,realizes the dynamic application of construction process,and provides a new technical scheme and practical guidance for roadway support under similar complex geological conditions.
