摘  要:泰安煤矿13102工作面回采巷道掘进期间受上覆12#煤层的12102工作面采空区影响,巷道掘进期间可能会出现顶板破碎、煤壁片帮现象。为了减少上覆采空区应力对回采巷道围岩破坏作用,分析上煤层煤柱支承压力对下煤层巷道的影响,确定巷道采用内错式布置,并利用数值模拟方法,确定13102工作面回风顺槽安全内错距为10 m。后期巷道掘进期间顶板最大下沉量为0.12 m,最大底鼓量为0.24 m,最大巷帮煤柱最大收敛量为0.29 m,围岩支护良好,永久支护失效率不足2%,巷道整体成型取得了显著应用效果。During the excavation of the 13102 working face of Taian Coal Mine,it is affected by the goaf of the 12102 working face of the overlying 12#coal seam.During the excavation of the roadway,there may be roof breakage and coal wall spalling.In order to reduce the damage effect of the overlying goaf stress on the surrounding rock of the mining roadway,the influence of the support pressure of the upper coal seam coal pillar on the lower coal seam roadway is analyzed,and the roadway is determined to adopt the internal staggered layout.The numerical simulation method is used to determine that the safe internal staggered distance of the return air gateway in 13102 working face is 10 m.In the later stage of roadway ex-cavation,the maximum subsidence of the roof is 0.12 m,the maximum floor heave is 0.24 m,and the maximum convergence of the coal pillar is 0.29 m.The surrounding rock support is good,and the failure rate of the permanent support is less than 2%.The overall forming of the roadway has achieved remarkable application results.
