摘 要:为了降低硫精矿粉尘爆炸风险,针对硫精矿粉尘在铲装过程中可能发生燃烧爆炸的问题,利用高德伯尔特—格润瓦尔德炉进行了硫精矿粉尘云的最低着火温度(MITc)研究及燃烧过程分析,探究了质量浓度、粒径、喷粉压力对硫精矿粉尘云最低着火温度的影响及硫精矿燃烧机理。研究结果表明:硫化锌精矿着火时只会产生火星,硫化铅精矿着火则会产生火焰;硫化铅精矿和硫化锌精矿粉尘云的最低着火温度分别为400℃和460℃;硫精矿的最低着火温度随硫精矿粉尘质量浓度的增加呈先降低后升高的趋势,随粒径减小而减小,随喷粉压力增大呈先降低后升高的趋势,可为预防硫精矿粉尘云燃烧提供理论依据。In order to reduce the risk of sulfur concentrate dust explosion,aiming at the problem that sulfur concentrate dust may burn and explode during shovel loading,the minimum ignition temperature(MIT)of sulfur concentrate dust cloud is studied and the combustion process is analyzed by using God-berg-Grunwald furnace.The effects of mass concentration,particle size and powder injection pressure on the MIT of sulfur concentrate dust cloud and the combustion mechanism of sulfur concentrate were investi-gated.The results show that zinc sulfide concentrate will only produce spark when it is on fire,while lead sulfide concentrate will produce flame when it is on fire.The MIT of lead sulfide concentrate and zinc sul-fide concentrate dust clouds are 400℃and 460℃,respectively.The MITc of sulfur concentrate decreases first and then increases with the increase of sulfur concentrate dust mass concentration,decreases with the decrease of particle size,and decreases first and then increases with the increase of powder injection pres-sure,which can provide theoretical basis for preventing sulfur concentrate dust cloud combustion.
