摘 要:为提高陕西某热液硅化蚀变岩型低品位金矿的回收效率,在系统的工艺矿物学分析的基础上,开展了优化浮选工艺试验。试验结果表明:条件试验确定的最佳条件为磨矿细度-74μm75%,硫酸铜用量100 g/t,组合捕收剂丁基黄药+丁铵黑药用量(40+20)g/t,起泡剂2#油用量10 g/t;闭路试验获得了金品位66.14 g/t、金回收率83.32%、银品位368.50 g/t、银回收率81.13%的金精矿,尾矿中金、银品位分别降低至0.38 g/t和2.46 g/t,产品满足行业标准《金精矿》(YS/T 3004-2021)五级品要求;该浮选工艺可实现对复杂嵌布金矿的有效富集和高效回收,可为类似低品位难选金矿的浮选提供技术支持。In order to improve the recovery efficiency of a hydrothermal silicified altered rock type low-grade gold mine in Shaanxi Province,based on the systematic process mineralogy analysis,an opti-mized flotation process test is carried out.The results showed that the optimum conditions are as follows:grinding fineness of-74μm 75%,copper sulfate dosage of 100 g/t,combined collector butyl xanthate+ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate dosage of(40+20)g/t,foaming agent 2#oil dosage of 10 g/t.The gold concentrate with gold grade of 66.14 g/t,gold recovery of 83.32%,silver grade of 368.50 g/t and silver re-covery of 81.13%is obtained in the closed-circuit test.The gold and silver grades in the tailings are re-duced to 0.38 g/t and 2.46 g/t,respectively.The product meets the requirements of the fifth grade of the in-dustry standard"gold concentrate"(YS/T 3004-2021).The flotation process can realize the effective enrich-ment and efficient recovery of complex embedded gold ore,and can provide technical support for the flota-tion of similar low-grade refractory gold ore.
