摘 要:德兴铜矿泗洲选矿厂为了提高粉矿仓布料过程的自动化水平,优化布料过程岗位配置,针对现场布料现状及存在的问题,开展了粉矿仓自动布料系统优化。针对粉矿仓双边料位分布不一致的生产特点,在粉矿仓两侧增加了雷达料位计并设计了双料位融合策略,实现了控制料位的确定;通过对现场小车定位系统进行分析,提出了增加分段滑线,对原有接近开关的小车定位进行补偿,提高了小车定位的准确性;同时对控制系统进行了升级,基于ABPLC和IFix开发自动布料控制系统,实现了粉矿仓布料过程的自动控制;通过新增视频监控,实现了该岗位的远程控制,改善了操作人员的工作环境,降低了工人劳动强度,实现了减员增效。In order to improve the automation level of the distribution process of the powder ore bin and optimize the post configuration of the distribution process,Sizhou concentrator of Dexing Copper Mine carried out the optimization of the automatic distribution system of the powder ore bin in view of the current situation and existing problems of the on-site distribution.Aiming at the production characteristics of incon-sistent material level distribution on both sides of the powder ore bin,a radar material level meter was added on both sides of the powder ore bin and a dual material level fusion strategy was designed to achieve the de-termination of the control material level.Through the analysis of the on-site car positioning system,it is pro-posed to increase the segmented sliding line to compensate the car positioning of the original proximity switch,which improves the accuracy of the car positioning.At the same time,the control system was upgrad-ed,and the automatic distribution control system was developed based on AB PLC and IFix,which realized the automatic control of the distribution process of the powder ore bin.Through the new video monitoring,the remote control of the post is realized,the working environment of the operator is improved,the labor in-tensity of the workers is reduced,and the efficiency of the staff is increased.
