摘 要:为确定某粉状铁矿石的可选性及选矿工艺,在矿石性质研究的基础上,进行了实验室试验和工业试验研究。实验室试验结果表明,在磨矿细度-0.074 mm68.75%、弱磁选磁场强度为159.15 kA/m、1粗1扫强磁选磁感应强度均为1 T的条件下,可获得产率86.98%、铁品位63.80%、铁回收率95.88%的铁精矿;现场工业试验采用一段闭路磨矿—弱磁选—强磁粗选—强磁扫选流程,可获得产率84.72%、铁品位63.89%、铁回收率92.90%总铁精矿,满足市场需求,尾矿铁品位为27.06%,可进一步作为铁质校正剂使用。In order to determine the washability and beneficiation process of a powdered iron ore,lab-oratory tests and industrial tests are carried out on the basis of the study of ore properties.The laboratory test results show that under the conditions of grinding fineness of-0.074 mm 68.75%,magnetic field intensity of low intensity magnetic separation of 159.15 kA/m,magnetic induction intensity of one roughing one scaveng-ing high intensity magnetic separation of 1 T,the iron concentrate with yield of 86.98%,iron grade of 63.80%and iron recovery of 95.88%can be obtained.In the field industrial test,a closed-circuit grinding-low intensity magnetic separation-high intensity magnetic roughing-high intensity magnetic scavenging pro-cess is adopted.The total iron concentrate with yield of 84.72%,iron grade of 63.89%and iron recovery of 92.90%is obtained,which meet the market demand.The iron grade of tailings is 27.06%,which could be further used as iron correction agent.
