摘  要:某金矿位于中国热带,地下开采深度接近800 m,开采过程中存在的通风系统总风量不足、风量分配不合理以及深部开采作业面温湿度高等问题。在对该矿进行通风系统检测的基础上,通过风量分配核算、通风系统进回风能力分析评估等,重新组织设计了风路和风机选型,制定了通风降温优化方案,并进行了计算机三维仿真模拟验证。方案实施后检测结果表明:通风系统总风量由33.71 m^(3)/s提升到73.57 m^(3)/s,其中深部进风量46.2 m^(3)/s;在-425 m中段作业面试验局部制冷设备,作业面温度由35.6℃降低到30.4℃,现场作业环境有效改善,工人体感温度明显降低。该通风降温实践研究取得了较好的效果,对于解决同类深井高温矿山的通风降温问题具有一定的推广意义。A gold mine is located in the tropics of China,and the underground mining depth is close to 800 m.There are some problems in the mining process,such as insufficient total air volume of ventilation system,unreasonable air volume distribution and high temperature and humidity in deep mining face.Based on the detection of the ventilation system of the mine,through the air volume distribution calculation,the analysis and evaluation of the air intake and return capacity of the ventilation system,the air path and fan se-lection are redesigned,the ventilation and cooling optimization scheme is formulated,and the computer three-dimensional simulation verification is carried out.The test results after the implementation of the scheme show that the total air volume of the ventilation system is increased from 33.71 m^(3)/s to 73.57 m^(3)/s,of which the deep air volume is 46.2 m^(3)/s.The local refrigeration equipment is tested on the working surface in the middle section of-425 m.The temperature of the working surface was reduced from 35.6℃to 30.4℃,and the working environment is effectively improved,and the body temperature of the workers is significant-ly reduced.The ventilation cooling practice research has achieved good results,which has certain promotion significance for solving the ventilation cooling problem of similar deep high temperature mines.
