摘  要:安徽皖宝秀山石灰石矿为规避环保风险,针对秀山矿深加工基地存在的烟气在线检测指标超标的问题,在对深加工基地窑炉区域脱硫脱硝工艺及设备研究的基础上,采用控制变量法的研究思路,对现有脱硫脱硝工艺及设施进行了排查,并采取了相应的优化措施。优化结果表明:通过运用双碱法脱硫法、改进湿法脱硝系统和降低颗粒物排放指标等优化措施,提高了脱硫脱硝系统的运行效率,有效降低了烟气中的NO_(x)及SO_(2)的浓度指标,使其达到了《中华人民共和国大气污染防治法》中的污染物排放限值,保障了企业的正常生产,规避了企业环保风险。In order to avoid environmental risks in Anhui Wanbao Xiushan Limestone Mine,in view of the problem that the on-line detection index of flue gas in the deep processing base of Xiushan Mine ex-ceeds the standard,based on the research on the desulfurization and denitrification process and equipment in the kiln area of the deep processing base,the research idea of the control variable method is adopted.The existing desulfurization and denitrification process and facilities were investigated,and corresponding opti-mization measures are taken.The optimization results show that the operation efficiency of the desulfuriza-tion and denitrification system is improved by using the double alkali desulfurization method,improving the wet denitrification system and reducing the emission index of particulate matter,and the concentration in-dex of NO_(x) and SO_(2) in the flue gas is effectively reduced,so that it reaches the pollutant emission limit in the“law on the prevention and control of air pollution of the People's Repulbic of China”,which ensures the normal production of the enterprise and enables the enterprise to avoid environmental risks.
