摘 要:针对矿山巷道掘进过程中顶板坍塌事故频发,严重影响掘进效率和安全的问题,以某铝土矿为工程背景,开展了综采工作面过断层技术研究。通过采取注马丽散技术解决掘进巷道过溶洞溶蚀区、断层难题,应用结果表明,该技术大幅降低了掘进巷道过溶洞溶蚀冒顶区顶板事故发生的安全风险,保证巷道掘进工作面连续生产,节约了传统支护成本,减少了施工时间,加快了工作面的形成,取得可观的经济效益,为矿井安全高效生产提供了有力的技术保障。In view of the frequent occurrence of roof collapse accidents in the process of mine roadway excavation,which seriously affects the efficiency and safety of excavation,taking a bauxite mine as the engi-neering background,the research on fault crossing technology of fully mechanized mining face was carried out.In this paper,the problem of tunneling roadway passing through karst cave,dissolution zone and fault is solved by adopting the technology of injecting Malisan.The application results show that the technology great-ly reduces the safety risk of roof accident in the dissolution and roof fall zone of tunneling roadway passing through karst cave,ensures the continuous production of tunneling working face,saves the cost of traditional support,reduces the construction time,accelerates the formation of working face,achieves considerable eco-nomic benefits,and provides a strong technical guarantee for the safe and efficient production of mine.
