摘 要:目的探讨经胃管胃内间歇灌注法喂养对新生比格犬睡眠质量的影响。方法选择10只不同窝生、体重相近、日龄4~7 d的新生比格犬, 采用配对比较法随机分为实验组和对照组, 每组各5只。实验组予经胃管胃内间歇灌注喂养, 对照组留置胃管同时予普通奶瓶经口喂养, 采用24 h可穿戴设备连续5 d采集睡眠数据, 对睡眠时长及睡眠质量进行分析。结果实验组总睡眠时间[(12.96±1.73)h比(20.09±1.75)h]和浅睡眠时间[(10.40±1.61)h比(17.50±1.64)h]短于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);两组深睡眠时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。连续5 d与对照组相比较, 实验组均需要更长的时间进入睡眠状态, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组体重增长及心率变化的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经胃管胃内间歇灌注法影响新生比格犬睡眠质量, 体现在总睡眠和浅睡眠时间减少以及需要更长的时间入睡, 对深睡眠、心率、体重增长无影响。Objective:To study the impact of intermittent intragastric infusion feeding via gastric tube on sleep quality of neonatal beagles.Methods:Ten neonatal beagle dogs from different litters,aged 4 to 7 d and with comparable body weights,were randomly divided into experimental and control groups.Puppies were paired based on gender,age,weight,and litter,forming 5 pairs.Each pair was randomly assigned to either group,with 5 puppies in each.The experimental group received intermittent intragastric feeding via gastric tubes,while the control group was bottle-fed.Sleep data was continuously collected for 24 h over 5 d using wearable devices,and sleep duration and quality were analyzed.Results:The total sleep duration was significantly shorter in the intermittent intragastric infusion group compared to the oral bottle feeding group,with values of(12.96±1.73)h vs.(20.09±1.75)h,respectively,for total sleep time,and(10.40±1.61)h vs.(17.50±1.64)h for light sleep time(P<0.001).However,the difference in deep sleep time between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Over the course of five consecutive days,the intragastric infusion group exhibited a longer sleep onset latency compared to the bottle-feeding group(P<0.05).No significant differences were observed in weight gain and heart rate changes between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Intermittent intragastric infusion via gastric tube reduces total and light sleep time and delays sleep onset in neonatal Beagle dogs,without affecting deep sleep,heart rate,or weight gain.
