高等院校职业生涯规划课程改革模式探析

摘  要:职业生涯规划课程建设是高校人才培养工作和毕业生就业工作的重要组成部分。该课程的教学目标是以职业生涯目标为核心,普及生涯规划的理论知识,强化实际操作的技能方法,提升学生自我规划和自我管理能力,促进学生高质量充分就业。职业规划大赛是对大学生综合素质和能力的检验,对帮助学生明确个人发展、树立职业理想具有积极的实践指导意义。现代社会对于高校毕业生的职业能力和素质要求越来越高,需要通过职业规划大赛激发学生的创新思维和实践能力。目前,高校职业生涯规划课程存在资源配备不足,课堂教学缺乏持续性,教学视野较为局限,学生对课程的体验感较差的问题。通过分析职业规划大赛的实施情况,提出了构建多元的教学计划,开展多样的教学实践,建立校企合作育人机制,建立科学考核评价机制等改革思路。这些改革思路的实施有助于提升高校学生的职业规划能力和就业胜任力,为高校职业生涯规划课程的改进提供参考。The construction of career planning curricula plays a critical role in talent cultivation and graduate employment outcomes in colleges and universities.The primary objective of this course is to impart theoretical knowledge of career planning,strengthen practical skills,and enhance students self-planning and self-management abilities,ultimately supporting high-quality and comprehensive employment with career goal setting as the core.Career planning competitions serve as a platform to assess students'overall competence and have significant practical value in guiding students to clarify personal development goals and establish career aspirations.Modern society imposes increasingly higher demands on the career readiness and professional qualities of college graduates,making it essential to stimulate students'innovative thinking and practical abilities through career planning competitions.However,current career planning courses in colleges and universities face several challenges,including insufficient teaching resources,a lack of continuity in classroom instruction,limited teaching perspectives,and poor student engagement with the curriculum.By examining the implementation of career planning competitions,this paper proposes several reform strategies:developing diversified teaching plans,expanding teaching practices,fostering school-enterprise collaboration and training mechanisms,and establishing a scientific assessment and evaluation system.Implementing these reforms can enhance students'career planning abilities and employment competence while providing a reference framework for further improving career planning curricula in higher education institutions.
