摘 要:为了降低旋变位置解码的成本,以及解决当正余弦反馈信号幅值不平衡以及相位不正交时常规解码算法存在角度误差的问题,现提出了一种基于TI控制芯片的旋变软解码方案。提取正余弦信号外包络后通过正负序分离算法对采集的信号进行调理,最后通过锁相环算法实现软解码,该方案成本降低,且能在正余弦反馈信号幅值不平衡以及相位不正交时正确解码。阐述了基于TI的软解码方案原理,并搭建了仿真模型进行分析,通过半实物仿真测试(HIL)、实物测试、整车测试,验证了该方案的性能及稳定性,并在实际项目中量产使用,极大的减少了成本。In order to keep down the cost of resolver position decoding and eliminate the angle error in conventional decoding algorithm caused by the amplitude imbalance and the phase non-orthogonality of sine cosine feedback signals,this paper proposes a software decoding scheme of resolver based on TI control chip,which extracts the sine cosine signal envelope to adjust the collected signal by positive-and negative-sequence separation algorithm and finally achieve the software decoding by PLL algorithm.This scheme has the advantage of low cost,and can correct decode in the conditions of amplitude imbalance and phase non-orthogonality of sine cosine feedback signals.This paper describes the principle of the software decoding scheme based on TI,builds the simulation model to carry out the analysis,and verifies the performance and stability of the scheme by semi-physical simulation test,physical test and vehicle test.The scheme has been adopted in mass production,which greatly reduces the cost.
