摘  要:直线电机作为现代工业自动化的重要组成部分,其性能直接关系到设备的运行效率和精度。磁阻力是影响直线电机推力波动的重要因素,进而影响电机的动力输出和能耗。现通过分析直线电机磁阻力的来源,提出了优化策略,并通过实验验证了优化方法的有效性。研究结果表明,优化后的直线电机磁阻力显著降低,推力波动减少,为直线电机的设计提供了参考。As an important part of modern industrial automation,the linear motor in aspect of performance is directly related with the operating efficiency and accuracy of equipment.The reluctance force is an important factor to affect the thrust fluctuation of the motor and then affect the power output and energy consumption of the motor.This paper proposes the optimization strategy through analyzing the source of reluctance force of the motor,and verifies the effectiveness of the optimization method by experiments.The research results show that the reluctance force of the optimized motor is significantly reduced and the thrust fluctuation of it is reduced,which provides a reference for the design of linear motor.
