摘  要:介绍了高压三相异步电动机电磁振动产生的原因和电磁振动的计算方法,并以一台2极450 kW电机为例,计算其电磁振动,通过计算结果得到气隙磁场基波分量产生的电磁力波为该电机电磁振动的主要振源。然后研究了电机采用48/40、48/38、48/36槽配合时的电磁振动情况,同时验证了采用合适的槽配合、转子斜槽和采用磁性槽楔可以有效的降低异步电动机的电磁振动,为低振动电机的电磁设计提供了理论依据。This paper introduces the cause and calculation method of electromagnetic vibration of high-voltage three-phase induction motor,and takes a 2-pole 450 kW motor as an example to calculate the electromagnetic vibration of the motor.The calculation result shows that the electromagnetic force wave generated by the fundamental wave component of air-gap magnetic field is the main source of electromagnetic vibration of the motor.Then,this paper researches the electromagnetic vibrations of motors with 48/40,48/38 and 48/36 slots,and verifies that the measures of selecting proper slot fit,rotor slot skewing and magnetic slot wedge can effectively reduce the electromagnetic vibration of induction motor.It provides a theoretical basis for electromagnetic design of low-vibration motor.
