摘  要:永磁同步电机(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor,PMSM)作为现代电力传动系统中的重要组成部分,其性能在很大程度上依赖于永磁体材料的特性。永磁体材料的优劣直接影响电机的效率、功率密度、涡流损耗等关键性能指标。现深入探讨了永磁体材料的基本属性,如矫顽力、剩磁等,以及其对永磁同步电机性能的具体影响。特别关注了钕铁硼等高能量稀土类磁体,这类磁体因其高能量密度而被广泛应用于永磁同步电机中。分析了钕铁硼磁体在电机应用中的优势,如提高电机效率和功率密度,同时也指出了其存在的问题,如导电率高且耐热性能差,易导致涡流损耗增加。针对这些问题,进一步提出了相应的优化措施,旨在为永磁同步电机的设计和性能提升提供参考。As an important part of modern power transmission system,the Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM)in aspect of performance depends on the characteristics of permanent magnets materials in large extent.The quality of permanent magnets material directly affects the efficiency,power density,eddy current loss and other key performance indexes of motor.This paper deeply discusses the basic properties of permanent magnets materials such as coercive force and remanence,and describes the influence of it on PMSM performance.It pays special attention on NdFeB and other high-energy rare earth magnets,which are widely used in PMSM because of their high energy density.This paper analyzes the advantages of NdFeB magnets in motor applications such as improving motor efficiency and power density,and points out the existing problems such as high conductivity and poor heat resistance,which can easily lead to the increasement of eddy current loss.In view of these problems,this paper further puts forward the corresponding optimization measures,which purpose is to provide some reference for the design and performance improvements of PMSM.
