摘  要:正压型防爆电机不受隔爆性尺寸公差制约使用区域广泛,成为防爆电驱装置首选,需根据用途需求,对其合理设计。现简要阐述了正压型防爆电机原理,以某正压型防爆电机原理,结合用户需求,从电磁设计、绝缘结构、转轴设计、冷却系统、扫吹系统这几方面出发,提出设计方案。并对其有效性进行验证,表明防爆电机根据自身状态能够准确输出信号,满足运行要求。The pressurized-enclosure explosion-proof motor has become the first choice for explosion-proof electric drive devices because it is not restricted by the flameproof dimensional tolerance and has a wide range of use areas.It needs to be reasonably designed according to the application requirements.This paper briefly describes its principle based on a pressurized-enclosure explosion-proof motor,and combines with the needs of users to put forward the design scheme from aspects of electromagnetic design,insulation structure,shaft design,cooling system and sweeping system.The validity of the scheme has been verified,which shows that the explosion-proof motor can accurately output the signal according to its own state to meet the operation requirements.
