摘 要:汽轮机转子叶片的运行工况复杂多变,随着缺陷产生频率的提高,电厂对渗透检验的安全性、稳定性及便捷性提出了更高的要求。如何发现渗透检验中的不足并加以改进,使之能更好地适应现场检查成为大家关注的议题。现重点对荧光渗透检验工艺和探伤器材的选定做了详细介绍,对荧光渗透检验过程中遇到的问题进行了分析论述,并对存在的问题进行了改进;还对未来的研究方向做了引导性论述。该检验技术具有操作简单和较高灵敏度,可在核电无损检验领域进行推广。The operation conditions of turbine rotor blades are complex and changeable.With the increase of defect frequency,the power plants has a higher requirements for the safety,stability and convenience of penetration inspection.How to find out the deficient in penetration inspection and improve it to better adapt the field inspection has become a topic of concern.This paper mainly introduces the selections of fluorescence penetration inspection technology and flaw detection device in detail,analyzes and discusses the problems encountered in the process of fluorescence penetration inspection,improves the existing problems,and carries out the leading discourse on the research direction in future.The testing technique has the advantages of simple operation and high sensitivity,which can be popularized in the nondestructive testing of nuclear power field.
