摘  要:V2G技术在电动汽车(electric vehicles, EV)充放电优化调度问题上作用显著。为提出有效的EV充放电策略,首先,对整个EV群体出行数据分析建模,得到用户充电时刻和行驶里程的概率分布;其次,基于峰谷分时电价,建立了用户成本模型与用户收益模型,同时兼顾电池放电损耗,建立了以用户效用最大为目标的优化模型;最后,通过实例仿真验证模型的有效性。结果表明,V2G技术在一定程度上平抑了电网负荷波动,同时最大化提高了EV用户效益,实现了电网侧和用户侧的双赢。V2G technology plays a crucial role in the optimization and scheduling of electric vehicles(EV)charging and discharging.To propose effective charging and discharging strategies for EV,firstly it analyzes and models the travel data of the entire EV group,and obtains the probability distribution of user charging time and driving distance.Secondly,based on the peak valley time-of-use electricity price,a user cost model and a user benefit model are established,taking into account battery discharge losses,and an optimization model with the goal of maximizing user utility is established.Finally,the effectiveness of the model is verified through instance simulation.The results indicate that V2G technology to some extent suppresses the fluctuation of power grid load and maximizes the efficiency of EV user benefits,achieving a win-win situation between the power grid and users.
