摘 要:电力需求侧负荷调峰是指通过各种技术和管理手段,引导和调节用户的用电行为,想要实现用户在高峰时段减少用电或在低谷时段增加用电,需要有效的激励机制和用户的积极参与,在实际操作中往往难以实现。同时,智能电网中的风能、太阳能等可再生能源的输出具有间歇性和不可预测性,给负荷调峰带来了挑战。针对此问题,提出了一种智能电网负荷调峰方法。首先,基于对用电安全性的考虑,监测智能电网负荷状态;其次,通过光伏发电、风力发电和蓄电池模型,完成智能电网负荷调峰。最后,通过仿真分析,结果表明所提方法提高了智能电网电压稳定性,负荷波动显著降低。Power demand side load peak shaving refers to guiding and regulating the users power consumption behavior through various technical and management means.To reduce the consumption of electricity during peak hours or increase the consumption of electricity during low hours requires an effective incentive mechanism and the active participation of users,which is often difficult to achieve in actual operation.At the same time,the output of renewable energy such as wind and solar energy in the smart grid is intermittent and unpredictable,which brings challenges to load peak adjustment.In order to solve this problem,it proposes a load peak shaving method for smart grid.Firstly,based on the consideration of power safety,the load status of the smart grid is monitored.Secondly,the load peak regulation of the smart grid is completed through the photovoltaic power generation,wind power generation and battery model.Finally,through simulation analysis,the test results show that the voltage of the smart grid is more stable and the load fluctuation is significantly reduced.
