摘　　要：数字时代将政府的政务服务从实体空间转向虚拟空间,“互联网+政务服务”这一理念应运而生。该研究结合地理符号学理论,从虚拟语言景观的视角对河南四个城市政府门户网站界面设计进行分析,聚焦虚拟语言景观的呈现形式、功能类型、语码特点等。研究发现:呈现形式表现出单语界面、动静态结合、显隐性结合、多模态等特征;功能类型涵盖导航类、信息类、宣传类,呈现出类型多元化、内容广泛化的趋势;在语码特点上,中文占据优势地位,政府门户网站语言景观通过改变字体大小、颜色、背景颜色等方式提供流畅的阅读体验。未来应从加强多语种语言服务、优化景观内容、标牌布局等方面进行改善。The digital era has shifted government service from physical space to virtual space,giving rise to the concept of"Internet+Government Service".With a focus on the presentation form,functional type,code characteristics of virtual linguistic landscape,based on the theory of geosemiotics,this study analyzes the interface design of government portal website of four cities in Henan Province from the perspective of virtual linguistic landscape.The study finds that the presentation form exhibits such characteristics as monolingual interface,a combination of static and dynamic signs,explicit and implicit signs,and multimodality.In terms of functional type,there are navigational,informational,and promotional signs,demonstrating a trend toward diversified type and extensive content.Regarding code characteristics,Chinese holds a dominant position,and the linguistic landscape of government portal website enhances the reading experience by adjusting font size,color,and background color.In the future,improvement should focus on strengthening multilingual services,optimizing landscape content and sign layout.
