摘 要:新时代,中国与“一带一路”共建国家的交流合作日益增多,对具有跨文化交际能力的人才需求大幅增加,跨文化能力已成为大学生必备的重要素质之一。专创融合型外语人才培养已成为新发展格局下高校培育兼具外语专业素养和创新创业能力的国际化复合型人才的重要路径。该研究旨在促进外语人才培养,通过调查大学生跨文化能力现状,分析实施专创融合型外语人才培养的内涵、现实矛盾与存在问题,为构建更加开放、包容且具有国际视野的人才培养体系提供理论依据和实践指导。强化跨文化理解与创新能力的培养,不仅能丰富学生的全球文化认知,还能激发他们在多元文化背景下的创新思维,从而更好地服务于国家的文化软实力建设和国际交流合作需求。In the new era,the exchanges and cooperation between China and the Belt and Road countries are increasing day by day,and the demand for talents with cross-cultural communication ability is increasing significantly.Cross cultural ability has become one of the essential qualities of college students.The cultivation of international talents with an integrated focus on both specialty and innovation has emerged as a pivotal pathway for universities to nurture composite talents who possess both English proficiency and entrepreneurial abilities.By analyzing the current situation of university students'intercultural competence,this study aims to provide theoretical foundations and practical guidance for constructing a more open,inclusive,and internationally-oriented talent cultivation system.By enhancing the cultivation of intercultural understanding and innovative capabilities,not only can students'global cultural cognition be enriched,but their innovative thinking in multicultural contexts can also be stimulated,thereby better serving the needs of national cultural soft power construction and international exchange and cooperation.
