摘　　要：探讨电力市场环境下火电企业的运行策略,以适应电力市场改革的背景与进程,概述电力市场改革的背景、进程以及电力市场的基本结构和运行机制,分析影响火电运行的主要因素,包括政策、经济和技术因素。基于这些分析,研究提出了4项火电运行策略:一是资源优化配置策略,旨在实现火电资源的有效配置;二是成本控制与效率提升策略,以提高火电运行的经济性和效率;三是环保与可持续发展策略,关注火电运行的环保影响和可持续性;四是市场竞争策略,以增强火电在电力市场中的竞争力。This study discusses the operation strategy of thermal power enterprises under the power market environment,in order to adapt to the background and process of the power market reform,summarizes the background and process of the power market reform,as well as the basic structure and operation mechanism of the power market,and analyzes the main factors affecting the operation of thermal power,including policy,economic and technical factors.Based on these analyses,four operational strategies for thermal power are put forward:one is resource optimization allocation strategy,which aims to achieve effective allocation of thermal power resources;The second is cost control and efficiency improvement strategy to improve the economy and efficiency of thermal power operation;Third,environmental protection and sustainable development strategy,focusing on the environmental impact and sustainability of thermal power operation;The fourth is the market competition strategy to enhance the competitiveness of thermal power in the power market.
