摘 要:为了降低工厂化循环水水产养殖车间的能耗,以我国东北地区某循环水水产养殖车间为物理模型,对水产养殖车间内空气温度的分布进行CFD稳态数值模拟,并通过改变参数,模拟室外低温与低风速对车间内空气温度分布的影响。研究表明,养殖区和设备区之间的连通口容易形成空气对流,靠近外围护结构的空气温度更易受到室外温度和风速的影响;对车间建筑结构进行优化后,车间低温区温度明显升高,温度分布更均匀,空气温度更接近水体温度。优化措施的实施对工厂化水产养殖车间建造和运行期间的节能降耗具有重要的参考意义。In order to reduce the energy consumption of a factory recirculating water aquaculture workshop,a recirculating water aquaculture workshop in northeast China was used as a physical model to conduct CFD steady-state numerical simulation of the air temperature distribution in the aquaculture workshop,and the effects of outdoor low temperature and low wind speed on the air temperature distribution in the workshop were simulated by changing parameters.The results show that air convection is easily formed in the connection between the breeding area and the equipment area,and the air temperature near the outer envelope is more likely to be affected by outdoor temperature and wind speed.After optimizing the building structure of the workshop,the temperature in the low temperature zone of the workshop increased significantly,the temperature distribution was more uniform,and the air temperature was closer to the water temperature.The implementation of optimization measures has important reference significance for energy saving and consumption reduction during the construction and operation of factory aquaculture workshops.
