地铁车站冷水机组冷却供回水温度对空调能效的影响分析

摘  要:以常规标准地铁车站空调水系统的配置为基准,对比分析了螺杆式冷水机组、离心式冷水机组和磁悬浮离心式冷水机组在空调机房的能效表现,并计算分析了不同冷却水供回水温度对空调机房能效的影响。结果显示:当冷却水供回水温度降低至35.5/30.5℃时,制冷机房能效系数提高了约5%,这为相关设计人员在系统配置和参数选型等方面提供了参考。Based on the configuration of the conventional standard subway station air conditioning water system,the energy efficiency performance of screw chillers,centrifugal chillers,and magnetic levitation centrifugal chillers in the air conditioning room was compared and analyzed,and the influence of different cooling water supply and return temperatures on the energy efficiency of the air conditioning room was calculated and analyzed.The results show that when the cooling water supply and return water temperature is reduced to 35.5/30.5℃,the energy efficiency coefficient of the refrigeration room is increased by about 5%,which provides a reference for the relevant designers in the system configuration and parameter selection.
