摘  要:结合地铁车站管理用房的特点,对全空气一次回风空调系统、风机盘管空调系统、多联机空调系统这3种空调系统进行综合比选。研究表明,全空气一次回风空调系统作为常规地铁车站空调系统的首选方案,具有初投资低、控制策略与外界环境匹配度好等优点,但其运行费用高,控制复杂,对土建的影响较大;风机盘管空调系统适用于办公场所,但其管路相较于其他两种空调系统更为复杂,存在较多的漏水隐患;多联机空调系统则具有运行成本低、冬季供热效果好、控制简单、系统稳定可靠等优点,因此作为优先推荐方案。Based on the characteristics of subway station management rooms,a comprehensive comparison is made among three types of air conditioning systems:all air primary return air conditioning system,fan coil unit air conditioning system,and multi split air conditioning system.Research has shown that the all air primary return air conditioning system,as the preferred solution for conventional subway station air conditioning systems,has advantages such as low initial investment and good matching between control strategies and external environment.However,its operating costs are high,control is complex,and it has a significant impact on civil engineering;The fan coil unit air conditioning system is suitable for office spaces,but its piping is more complex compared to the other two types of air conditioning systems,and there are more potential water leakage hazards;The multi split air conditioning system has the advantages of low operating costs,good heating effect in winter,simple control,and stable and reliable system,so it is recommended as a priority solution.
