摘 要:某600 MW双级动叶可调引风机在引增合一改造后,电机、风机的水平、垂直及轴向振动均较大。主要原因是电机自身设计出力不匹配以及电机磁力中心线偏差较大导致振动偏大。通过更换电机及进行动平衡试验后,电机及风机各向振动均有所降低。在后续长期运行过程中,振动频繁增大。经过跟踪分析处理,发现由于改造后使用了原来的基础和风道,导致轴系设计临界转速接近工作转速而引起共振,进而引发轴承箱支撑出现裂纹、对中不良及叶片通过频率偏大等问题。通过车削中间轴长度缩短200 mm,及时调整中心,同时结合在风机叶轮上进行动平衡试验,从而解决振动大的故障。The horizontal,vertical and axial vibration of the motor and fan of a 600MW double-stage moving-blade adjustable induced draft fan are larger after the combination of induction and augmentation.The main reason is that the design output of the motor itself does not match and the magnetic center line deviation of the motor is large,resulting in large vibration.After replacing the motor and carrying out the balance test,the vibration of the motor and the fan is reduced.In the subsequent long-term operation process,the vibration increased frequently.After tracking analysis and processing,it is found that because the original foundation and air duct are used after the transformation,the design critical speed of shafting is close to the working speed and causes resonance,which leads to cracks in the bearing box support,poor alignment and excessively large blade passing frequency.By shortening the length of the intermediate shaft by 200 mm,adjusting the center in time,and combining with the balancing test on the impeller of the fan,the fault of large vibration can be solved.
