摘  要:智慧供热系统的建设包括从热源到管网到末端的全过程,通过智能传感器与智能仪表的全覆盖,让信息化渗透供热系统各环节,利用大数据技术辨识系统特性,使整个供热系统透明化和智慧化。针对某城区集中供热的23座热力站进行智慧供热系统改造,在原有热力系统增加智慧供热系统,包含智慧供热管控平台和热力站智慧供热改造的设计方案,全面实时监控供热系统的运行参数、控制结果、能耗,以达到智慧供热、智慧调节的目的,从而减少热力公司运营、巡检成本以及因集中供热系统无气候补偿反馈、管网水力失调、水泵无变频调节等原因造成的能耗损失,对于集中供热系统运行具有明显的节能效益和经济效益。The construction of intelligent heating system includes the whole process from the heat source to the pipe network to the end,through the full coverage of intelligent sensors and intelligent instruments,so that information penetrates all aspects of the heating system,the use of big data technology to analyze the characteristics of the system,so that the entire heating system is transparent and intelligent.The smart heating system transformation is carried out for 23 heating stations of central heating in an urban area,and the smart heating system is added to the original heating system,including the design scheme of smart heating control platform and smart heating transformation of the heat station.The operation parameters,control results and energy consumption of the heating system are comprehensively and real-time monitored,so as to achieve the purpose of smart heating and smart regulation.Thus,the operation and inspection costs of the heating company can be reduced,as well as the energy consumption waste caused by the central heating system without climate compensation feedback,hydraulic imbalance of the pipe network,and no frequency conversion adjustment of the pump,which has obvious energy-saving and economic benefits for the operation of the central heating system.
