摘　　要：心律失常是较为常见的心脏疾病,可导致不同程度的心、脑、肾等重要脏器的损害,也是诱发心源性猝死的主要原因之一。心脏自主神经系统在心律失常的发病机制中起着触发和诱发因素的作用,同时也成为心律失常的治疗靶点。本文以自主神经系统在心律失常中的作用展开综述,旨在为临床治疗提供参考。Arrhythmia is a common heart disease,which can lead to different degrees of damage to the heart,brain,kidney and other important organs,and is also one of the main causes of sudden cardiac death.Cardiac autonomic nervous system plays an important role in the pathogenesis of arrhythmia,and also becomes a therapeutic target for arrhythmia.This article reviewed the role of autonomic nervous system in arrhythmia in order to provide reference for clinical treatment.
