摘 要:由于腐蚀环境的改变、防腐涂层的剥落或者焊接热影响作用等,钢结构在服役过程中不可避免地发生局部腐蚀。其中,Q345钢作为在役钢结构中最常见的钢材,研究其母材及其焊缝连接局部腐蚀后的承载性能退化规律尤为重要。结合有限元数值模拟,开展了局部腐蚀发展方式和腐蚀程度对Q345钢材及焊缝连接的单轴受拉极限承载力退化规律的研究。通过对局部腐蚀的参数化分析,研究了腐蚀长度、腐蚀宽度和腐蚀深度对Q345钢材及焊缝连接的抗拉承载力的影响。结果表明:钢材和焊缝连接的承载力削减系数随腐蚀深度和宽度的增加而呈线性减小;随腐蚀长度增加呈非线性减小,且腐蚀长度的影响逐渐减弱。基于分析结果,最终建立了考虑局部腐蚀的钢材和焊缝连接的极限承载力计算方法,为后续钢结构的局部腐蚀后剩余承载性能的研究奠定了理论基础。Due to the change of corrosion environment,the peeling of anti-corrosion coating,or the effect of weld⁃ing heat,localized corrosion is inevitable for steel structures in service.Among them,Q345 steel is the most com⁃mon steel in service steel structure,thus it is particularly important to study the degradation law of load-carrying ca⁃pacity of the base material of Q345 steel and its welded joints after local corrosion.Based on the method of the finite element numerical simulation,this paper carries out a study on the degradation law of uniaxial tensile ultimate load-carrying capacity of Q345 steel and weld joints with different local corrosion development modes and corrosion de⁃grees.Through the parametric analysis of localized corrosion,this paper investigates the influence of corrosion length,corrosion width and corrosion depth on the ultimate load-carrying capacity of Q345 steel and weld joints.The results show that the reduction coefficient of load-carrying capacity of steel and weld joint connection de⁃creases linearly with the increase of corrosion depth and width.With the increase of corrosion length,a non-linear decrease,and the influence of corrosion length gradually weakens.Based on the analysis results,a calculation method for the ultimate load-carrying capacity of steel and weld joints considering local corrosion was ultimately es⁃tablished,which provides a theoretical foundation for the subsequent research on residual bearing performance of steel structures after local corrosion.
