具有初始倾斜的轴心受压构件稳定承载能力研究

摘  要:研究了具有初始倾斜的轴心受压构件稳定承载能力问题。在有限元模拟方法准确性验证的基础上,分析具有初始倾斜的轴心受压构件稳定承载能力;接着研究初弯曲对具有初始倾斜的轴心受压构件的稳定承载能力影响;然后研究残余应力对具有初始倾斜的轴心受压构件稳定性能的影响;最后分析初弯曲与残余应力共同作用时具有初始倾斜的轴心受压构件的稳定性能。得到以下结论:随着倾斜角的增大,具有初始倾斜的轴心受压构件稳定承载能力逐渐下降,接近直线下降,下降量随着倾斜角的增大呈直线增大;4200 mm钢柱倾斜2°~20°时,破坏形式均为高阶失稳;在倾斜角保持不变时,钢柱极限应力随着初弯曲的增大而减小,当初弯曲为l/1000时,钢柱极限应力下降量最小,范围为0%~6%;对于同一初弯曲下,钢柱极限应力随着倾斜角的增大而减小,其倾斜2°~20°的极限应力较倾斜0°时的下降量为0%~8%;当倾斜角一定时,构件的极限应力随着长细比的增大而减小,下降程度随着长细比的增大呈现先增大、再减小、最后增大;仅考虑残余应力时,倾斜角为0°~10°及12°~20°时,构件的极限应力较倾斜0°时的下降量随着长细比的变化曲线基本保持一致,均表现为随着长细比的增大逐渐增大,下降量范围分别为0%~30%及10%~50%;同时考虑初弯曲与残余应力时,当倾斜角分别在2°~10°及12°~20°之间时,构件的极限应力较倾斜0°时的下降量随着长细比的增大变化趋势基本一。In this paper,the stable bearing capacity of the axial compression member with the initial inclination is studied.Based on the accuracy verification of the finite element simulation,the stable bearing capacity of the axial compression member with the initial inclination is analyzed;the influence of the initial bending on the stability en⁃ergy of the axial bearing member with the initial inclination is studied;then the influence of the residual stress on the stability energy of the bearing member with the initial inclination is analyzed,finally the stability performance of the axial bearing member with initial tilt under the combined action of initial bending and residual stress is ana⁃lyzed.The following conclusions are obtained:1)With the increase of the inclination angle,the stable bearing ca⁃pacity of the axial compression member with the initial inclination gradually decreases,nearly a straight decrease,and the decrease increases linearly with the increase of inclination angle;2)When 4200 mm steel columns are in⁃clined 2°~20°,the damage form is in high order instability;3)When the inclination angle remains unchanged,the ultimate stress of the steel column decreases with the increase of the initial bending;and when the initial bending is l/1000,the ultimate stress of the steel column is minimized,with the range of 0%to 6%.4)For the same initial bending,the ultimate stress of the steel column decreases with the increase of the inclination angle,and compared with the inclination of 0,the decrease of the ultimate stress of 2°~20°is 0%~8%;5)When the inclination angle is certain,the ultimate stress of the component decreases with the increase of the slenderness ratio,and the decrease degree first increases and then decreases and finally increases as the slenderness ratio increases;6)When only the residual stress is considered,and the inclination angle is 0°~10°and 12°~20°,the decrease of the limit stress of the component is 0°,basically the decrease is consistent with the change curve of the slende
