高温后植筋胶与混凝土界面黏结性能试验研究

摘  要:为了研究高温后植筋胶与混凝土界面的黏结性能,以温度、高温后的冷却时间为参数,设计制作了11个混凝土植筋试件,并进行了高温后混凝土植筋试件的拉拔试验。试验结果表明:植筋拉拔承载力随着温度升高逐渐降低,试件100℃、150℃、200℃、250℃、300℃高温冷却后的拉拔承载力分别为常温下拉拔承载力的77.6%、68.7%、57.9%、45.5%、34.4%。随着高温后冷却时间增长,试件的拉拔承载力呈下降趋势,但降低程度较小。结合平均黏结强度理论,提出了高温后混凝土植筋试件胶混界面黏结应力-滑移基本函数,可用于植筋胶与混凝土界面黏结性能有限元模拟分析。In order to study the bonding performance of the interface between anchorage glue and concrete after high temperature,11 concrete specimens with planting rebar were designed and made with the temperature and cooling time after high temperature as parameters,and the pulling test of concrete specimens with planting rebar af⁃ter high temperature was carried out.The test results show that the pull-out bearing capacity of concrete specimens gradually decreases with the increase of temperature,and the pull-out bearing capacity of the specimens after cool⁃ing at 100℃,150℃,200℃,250℃and 300℃is 77.6%,68.7%,57.9%,45.5%and 34.4%of the pull-out bearing capacity at room temperature respectively.With the increase of cooling time after high temperature,the pull-out bearing capacity of the specimens showed a decreasing trend,but the degree of reduction was small.Combined with the average bond strength theory,the basic bond stress-slip function of the interface between anchorage glue and concrete of concrete specimens with planting rebar after high temperature is proposed,which can be used for the fi⁃nite element simulation analysis of the bond performance of the interface between anchorage glue and concrete.
