摘  要:苏州创发回廊结构高度21.60 m,建筑面积约118000 m2,平面呈“回”字型,外轮廓尺度达208 m×208 m,应建筑方案设计要求不设抗震缝。结构抗震性能对比分析,基于混凝土框架结构、混凝土框架结构+减震装置(双阶屈曲约束支撑)两种结构系统。结果表明,双阶屈曲约束支撑具有二阶段屈服力特点,不仅有效提升了结构整体抗扭刚度,使周期比满足规范限值,而且可在不同水准地震作用下发挥不同的消能减震效果,提升结构抗震性能。The structure height of Suzhou Chuangfa Corridor is 21.60 m,with a building area of about 118000m2.The plan is in a“back”shape,and the outer contour scale is 208 m×208 m.According to the requirements of the architectural design,no seismic joints are provided.Comparative analysis of seismic performance of structures is based on two structural systems:concrete frame structure and concrete frame structure+seismic reduction device(double order buckling restrained support).The analysis results show that the double order buckling restrained sup⁃port has the characteristics of two-stage yield force,which not only effectively improves the overall torsional stiff⁃ness of the structure and makes the period ratio meet the specification limit,but also can exert different energy dissi⁃pation and seismic reduction effects under different levels of seismic action,improving the seismic performance of the structure.
