摘 要:基于某武器站摇架及其缓冲装置结构特点,分析该类型缓冲装置刚度、预压力以及阻尼等参数对零部件间撞击的影响规律,通过协调因素间关系,降低零部件间撞击,提高射击稳定性。建立多体动力学仿真模型,采用单一变量法研究单个因素对射击稳定性的影响规律;进行试验设计分析,对多个影响因素同时进行分析并得到设计区间内的最优解;为该类型的武器站缓冲装置设计提供设计参考。Based on the structural characteristics of the cradle of a weapon station and its buffer device,the influence low of the stiffness,pre-stress and damping and other parameters of this type of buffer device on the impact between parts is analyzed,and the impact between parts is reduced and the shooting stability is improved by coordinating the relationship between factors.A multi-body dynamics simulation model is established,and the single variable method is used to study the influence law of a single factor on the stability of firing.The experimental design analysis is carried out,and multiple influencing factors are analyzed at the same time to obtain the optimal solution within the design interval.A design reference for the design of buffer devices for this type of weapon station is provided.
