摘 要:目的探究与分析情景模拟联合案例的妇产科教学方式在妇产科毕业实习带教中的应用实践效果及其临床改革意义。方法选取2023年3—8月哈尔滨医科大学第一临床医学院参与妇产科专业教学的98名本科毕业实习学生为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各49名。对照组采用常规教学法,观察组在对照组基础上采用情景模拟联合案例教学法。对比2组的考试成绩、本科毕业实习学生对教学方法的评价结果、带教老师对本科毕业实习学生课堂表现的评价结果。结果观察组的基础理论知识以及临床操作技能成绩分别为(42.25±5.74)分和(41.25±5.11)分,均高于对照组[(34.12±6.58)分、(36.47±5.65)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组对教学目标达标、教学方法合理、师生互动评价结果为良以上的比例均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。带教老师对观察组本科毕业实习学生下课准备情况、课堂参与度、回答问题次数及答案质量、主动发言、沟通能力,人文关怀评价结果为良以上的比例均高于对照组。结论情景模拟联合案例教学法在妇产科教学期间能够提高考试教学成绩,本科毕业实习学生对教学方法的评价结果较好,带教老师对本科毕业实习学生课堂表现的评价结果也相对较高。Objective To explore and analyze the practical application effect and clinical reform significance of the teaching method of obstetrics and gynecology using scenario simulation combined with case studies in obstetrics and gynecology graduation internship teaching.Methods A total of 98 undergraduate internship students who participated in the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology in the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University Harbin from March to August 2023 as the research object.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 49 undergraduate internship students in each group.The control group adopted the conventional teaching method,and the observation group adopted the scenario simulation combined with case teaching method on the basis of the control group.The examination results of the two groups,the evaluation results of the teaching methods by the undergraduate interns,and the evaluation results of the classroom performance of the undergraduate interns by the teachers were compared.Results The scores of basic theoretical knowledge and clinical operation skills in the observation group were(42.25±5.74)points and(41.25±5.11)points,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group[(34.12±6.58)points,(36.47±5.65)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The proportion of the observation group with good teaching objectives,reasonable teaching methods and good teacherstudent interaction evaluation results was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of teachers in the observation group was higher than that in the control group in terms of the preparation for class,classroom participation,the number of questions answered,the quality of answers,the ability to speak actively,the ability to communicate,and the evaluation results of humanistic care.Conclusion The scenario simulation combined with case teaching method can significant
