摘 要:急诊医学是一门高度交叉的学科。由于中毒的多样性、机制复杂性及临床救治时效性,急诊中毒教学具有一定的复杂性。传统教学模式如授课教学法(lecturebased learning,LBL)难以满足急诊中毒教学的需求。文章探讨了案例教学法(lecture-based learning,CBL)与以文献为导向的自我学习(reference induced-self education,RISE)相结合的教学模式的应用效果。CBL教学法以真实病例为载体,通过“病例设问—小组讨论—教师点拨—总结反思”流程,引导学生整合多学科知识并提升临床决策能力;RISE模式通过引导学生进行文献检索与循证分析,培养学生的批判性思维与科研能力。CBL教学法联合RISE模式提高了学生的学习主动性、临床实践能力及科研素养,实现了教学相长与师生双赢,为急诊中毒教学改革提供了新思路。Emergency medicine is a highly interdisciplinary subject.Due to the diversity of poisonings,the complexity of their mechanisms,and the time sensitivity of clinical treatment,the teaching of emergency poisoning has a certain degree of complexity.Traditional teaching models such as lecture-based learning(LBL)are difficult to meet the teaching needs of emergency poisoning.This study explores the application effects of the teaching model that combines the case-based learning(CBL)and the reference inducedself education(RISE).Taking real cases as the carrier,CBL guides students to integrate multidisciplinary knowledge and improve their clinical decision-making ability through the process of“case questioning-group discussion-teacher guidance-summary and reflection”.RISE cultivates students’critical thinking and scientific research ability by guiding them in literature retrieval and evidence-based analysis.The mode combining CBL and RISE has significantly improved students’learning initiative,clinical practice ability,and scientific research literacy,achieving mutual promotion of teaching and learning and a win-win situation for both teachers and students,and providing new ideas for the teaching reform of emergency poisoning.
