摘  要:目的探讨大学生创新创业训练计划的实施现状,并分析如何更好地开展大学生创新创业训练计划。方法选取2022年1月―2024年1月计划参加和已参加齐齐哈尔尔医学院的创新创业计划项目的医学检验专业的100名在校学生作为调查对象。按照年级进行分组,将大一和大二学生分为低年级组,大三和大四学生分为高年级组,各50名。采用问卷调查的形式对2组对创新创业训练计划的认知情况开展调查,并对2组的综述性论文进行评分。结果56.00%(28/50)的高年级组学生和30.00%(15/50)的低年级组学生对大学生创新创业的政策、法规十分了解,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。82.00%(41/50)的高年级组学生和46.00%(23/50)的低年级组学生认为参加创新创业竞赛可以培养科研意识、提高科研实验能力,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。70.00%(35/50)的高年级组学生和26.00%(13/50)的低年级组学生认为创新创业教育能够提高解决问题的能力,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。78.00%(39/50)的高年级组学生和52.00%(26/50)的低年级组学生认为创新创业教育对大学生就业和考研有很大的好处,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高年级组学生的综述性论文成绩为(88.12±5.70)分,高于低年级组学生的综述性论文成绩[(92.86±4.67)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论医学检验专业生对创新创业项目有很大兴趣,而且多数高年级学生认为参加创新创业竞赛可以培养科研意识、提高科研实验能力和解决问题能力,对就业和考研有很大的好处,并取得较高的综述性论文成绩。Objective To explore the implementation status of Innovation and entrepreneurship training plan for undergraduates,and analyze how to carry out the program better.Methods From January 2022 to January 2024,a total of 100 students majoring in Qiqihar Medical College who plan to participate or have participated in the innovation and entrepreneurship program of a medical university were selected as the investigation objects.According to grade groups,first year and second year of university students are divided into junior groups,third year and forth year of university students are divided into senior groups,with 50 students in each group.A questionnaire survey was used to investigate the cognition of the two groups on the innovation and entrepreneurship training program,and the review papers of the two groups were scored.Results 56.00%(28/50)students in the senior group and 30.00%(15/50)students in the junior group had a good understanding of the national policies and regulations on innovation and entrepreneurship of undergraduates,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).82.00%(41/50)students in the senior group and 46.00%(23/50)students in the junior group believed that participating in innovation and entrepreneurship competition could cultivate scientific research awareness and improve scientific research experiment ability,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).70.00%(35/50)students in the senior group and 26.00%(13/50)students in the junior group believed that innovation and entrepreneurship education could improve their problem-solving ability,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).78.00%(39/50)students in the senior group and 52.00%(26/50)students in the junior group believe that innovation and entrepreneurship education has great benefits for undergraduates’employment and postgraduate entrance examination,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The review paper scores of the senior group was(88.12±5.70)points,which was higher than that of
