摘  要:教学医院教学工作是培养合格临床医师的重要环节,是加强卫生人才队伍建设、提高医疗卫生工作质量的重要基础。在教学医院日益繁重的教学管理工作中,教学秘书作为管理人员,在教学、培训中发挥着重要的作用。重症医学科涉及专业领域较宽,具有临床多学科交叉和相互渗透的特点,其收治病种的疑难危重属性决定了重症医学科教学工作的重要性与特殊性。文章分析了教学秘书工作实践过程中存在的问题,探寻解决问题的对策,旨在优化教学管理部门对教学秘书的管理,提炼教学秘书自身工作中的感悟,不断提高重症医学科教学工作成效和质量,为改进教学秘书工作提供思路。The teaching work in teaching hospitals is an important link in training qualified clinicians and an important basis of strengthening the construction of health personnel and improving the quality of medical and health work.In the increasingly heavy teaching management work of teaching hospitals,as management personnel,teaching secretaries play an important role in teaching and training.The department of intensive care medicine involves a wide range of professional fields,and has the characteristics of cross-discipline and mutual penetration in clinical multidisciplinary.The difficult and critical nature of the diseases treated determines the importance and speciticity of the teaching work in the department of intensive care medicine.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the working practice of teaching secretaries,explores countermeasures to solve these problems,aims to optimize the management of secretaries by the teaching management department,extracts the insights from the work of teaching secretaries themselves,continuously improves the effectiveness and quality of the teaching work in the intensive care medicine department,and provides thoughts for improving the work of teaching secretaries.
