摘 要:目的对肉桂叶乙醇提取物正丁醇部位进行化学成分研究。方法肉桂叶经提取萃取浓缩后得到浸膏,采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、半制备HPLC等分离方法进行分离纯化,并通过波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从肉桂叶中共分离鉴定出6个化合物,分别为cinncassiol D1、vignaticol、(-)-(1R,2R,4S,5R,8S,9S)-clovane-2,9,14-triol、(3S,5R,6R,7E,9S)-megastigman-7-ene-3,5,6,9-tetrol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside、tachioside、n-butyl-α-Dfructofuranoside。结论化合物2~6均为首次从肉桂植物中分离得到。Objective To study the chemical constituents of n-butanol fraction from ethanol extract of leaves of Cinnamomum cassia.Methods The leaves of Cinnamomum cassia were extracted and concentrated to obtain an extract,which was separated and purified using separation techniques such as Silica gel column chromatography,Sephdex LH-20 column chromatography and semipreparative HPLC.The structures were identified by spectroscopic analysis.Results Six compounds were isolated from the leaves of Cinnamomum cassia,and identified as cinncassiol D1,vignaticol,(-)-(1R,2R,4S,5R,8S,9S)-clovane-2,9,14-triol,(3S,5R,6R,7E,9S)-megastigman-7-ene-3,5,6,9-tetrol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,tachioside and n-butyl-α-D-fructofuranoside.Conclusion Compounds 2-6 are all isolated from Cinnamomum cassia for the first time.
