摘 要:目的 通过比较不同温度下大鼠血浆中精氨酸加压素和皮质醇含量的变化,来提示其恶心呕吐的发生率。方法 在牡丹江医科大学比较医学中心将30只雄性大鼠按随机数字表法分为3组,3组均给大鼠腹腔注射顺铂3 mg/kg,造成异食癖模型,将形成异食癖的大鼠分别放入3组室温为26℃,湿度为40%~60%的A组;室温为23℃,湿度为40%~60%的B组;室温为18℃,湿度为40%~60%的C组。分别在T1,T2,T3,T4,T5测大鼠肛温,并采集静脉血,分离血浆测试精氨酸加压素(arginine vasopressin, AVP)含量和皮质醇浓度。结果 A组大鼠在T2时间点肛温(36.82±0.08)℃,B组、C组分别为(36.59±0.12)℃,(36.22±0.13)℃,3组比较差异有统计学意义(F=72.554,P<0.05)。3组在T3、T4及T5时间点肛温比较,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。与A组比较,在T2、T4时,C组血浆中AVP的含量升高,在T3时,B组的AVP含量有下降的趋势,但在T5时测血浆AVP的含量又升高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。与A组比较,B组在T4和T5时间点皮质醇浓度升高,C组在T3时间点皮质醇浓度先下降,到T4时间点皮质醇浓度开始升高,一直持续到T5,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 在调整室温为26℃,湿度为40%~60%的空间内,大鼠的体温更加趋于稳定,而血浆AVP含量和皮质醇浓度变化最小,可提示其恶心呕吐的发生率最低。Objective To indicate the incidence of nausea and vomiting in rat plasma by comparing the changes in ar‐ginine vasopressin and cortisol levels at different temperatures.Methods Thirty male rats purchased from the Com‐parative Medicine Center of Mudanjiang Medical University were randomly divided into three groups.The rats in the three groups were intraperitoneally injected with cisplatin(3 mg/kg)to induce picA model.The rats with PICA were put into group A,which was room temperature 26℃and humidity 40%-60%.Group B:room temperature was 23℃,humidity was 40%-60%;Group C at room temperature of 18°C and humidity of 40%to 60%.Rectal temperature was measured at T1,T2,T3,T4,T5,and venous blood was collected.arginine vasopressin(AVP)content and cortisol con‐centration were measured.Results The rectal temperature of group A(36.82±0.08)℃,group B(36.59±0.12)℃and group C(36.22±0.13)℃at T2 were compared,the difference was statistically significant(F=72.554,P<0.05).There were significant differences in rectal temperature among the three groups at T3,T4 and T5 time points(all P<0.05).Compared with group A,the content of AVP in plasma of group C increased at T2 and T4.At T3,the content of AVP in group B decreased,but the content of AVP in plasma increased at T5,and the differences were statistically signifi‐cant(all P<0.05).Compared with group A,the concentration of cortisol in group B was increased at T4 and T5 time points,and the concentration of cortisol in group C was decreased at T3 time point,and the concentration of cortisol began to increase at T4 time point,and continued until T5,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion When the room temperature was adjusted to 26℃and the humidity was 40%-60%,the body tem‐perature of rats tended to be more stable,while the changes of plasma AVP content and cortisol concentration were minimal,suggesting the lowest incidence of nausea and vomiting.
