妊娠期贫血患者行血常规、维生素B_(12)及铁蛋白检验的价值研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨妊娠期贫血患者行血常规、维生素B_(12)以及铁蛋白检验的价值。方法 非随机选取2023年1—12月淄博市妇幼保健院收治的60例妊娠期贫血患者为研究组,将同期60名正常妊娠孕妇作为参照组。两组均进行血常规、维生素B_(12)及铁蛋白检验。比较两组血常规、维生素B12及铁蛋白水平,比较研究组中不同孕期孕妇的维生素B_(12)、铁蛋白及血常规指标水平。结果 研究组维生素B_(12)(293.22±50.22)pmol/L、铁蛋白(12.49±1.25)μg/L,低于参照组的(327.55±50.22)pmol/L、(42.35±2.25)μg/L,差异有统计学意义(t=3.744、89.861,P均<0.05)。两组血常规指标水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。不同孕期妊娠期贫血患者的维生素B_(12)及铁蛋白、血常规指标水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 临床诊断妊娠期贫血患者时可使用血常规、维生素B_(12)以及铁蛋白检验,能明确不同孕期特点。Objective To explore the application value of blood routine,vitamin B12,and ferritin tests in pregnant women with anemia during pregnancy.Methods Sixty pregnant women with anemia during pregnancy admitted to Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study group.In the same period,sixty pregnant women were selected as the control group.Both groups underwent blood routine,vi‐tamin B12,and ferritin tests.The levels of blood routine,vitamin B12,and ferritin were compared between the two groups,and the levels of vitamin B12,ferritin,and blood routine indexes of pregnant women in different trimesters of pregnancy in the study group were compared.Results In the study group,the levels of vitamin B12(293.22±50.22)pmol/L and ferritin(12.49±1.25)μg/L were lower than(327.55±50.22)pmol/L and(42.35±2.25)μg/L in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.744,89.861,both P<0.05).There were statistically signifi‐cant differences in the levels of blood routine indexes between the two groups(all P<0.05).There were statistically sig‐nificant differences in the levels of vitamin B12,ferritin,and blood routine indexes among pregnant women with anemia during pregnancy in different trimesters(all P<0.05).Conclusion Blood routine,vitamin B12,and ferritin tests can be used in the clinical diagnosis of pregnant women with anemia during pregnancy,which can clarify the characteristics of different trimesters of pregnancy.
