褪黑素防治骨质疏松症的作用机制研究进展

摘　　要：随着人口老龄化的不断加剧,骨质疏松症患者日益增多,对于骨质疏松症防治的研究十分重要。褪黑素对骨质疏松症的防治有一定意义,但目前缺乏褪黑素对骨质疏松症作用机制的具体分析。本文系统地叙述了褪黑素抗氧化作用、内分泌调节作用、免疫调节作用、微观调节作用对骨质疏松症作用机制的影响。表明褪黑素通过各种作用影响骨质疏松的发生机制,从而防治骨质疏松症的发生及发展,为褪黑素抗骨质疏松研究的深入开展提供一定的参考。With the increasing aging of the population,the number of osteoporosis patients is increasing,making the re‐search on the prevention and treatment of this condition increasingly urgent.Melatonin has certain significance for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis,but there is a lack of specific analysis of the mechanism of melatonin on osteopo‐rosis.This article systematically describes the effects of melatonin on the mechanism of osteoporosis by antioxidant,endo‐crine,immunomodulatory,and microscopic regulation.These results show that melatonin affects the mechanism of osteo‐porosis through various effects,so as to prevent the occurrence and development of osteoporosis,and provide a certain ref‐erence for the in-depth development of melatonin anti-osteoporosis research.
