摘　　要：“同球共济”精神是中华民族历久弥新的“同舟共济”精神投射到国际关系中的生动写照,体现人类命运共同体的精神属性。“同球共济”精神继承自马克思主义共同体思想、植根于中华优秀传统文化深厚底蕴、形成于中国共产党的外交实践经验,汇聚着世界各国人民对和平合作、和睦共处、和谐共生的普遍向往,是凝聚推动构建人类命运共同体广泛共识的强大精神力量。这一重要精神的出场,凝练了新时代中国特色大国外交的智慧和经验,从精神层面指引推动构建人类命运共同体的理念与行动。推动构建人类命运共同体基于世界共同利益、筑于全人类共同价值、始于共商共建共享行动路径,因而发扬“同球共济”精神既有利于扩大世界共同利益的汇合点,又有利于画出全人类共同价值的最大同心圆,还有利于聚合各国共商共建共享的强大行动力量。为此,凝聚推动构建人类命运共同体的广泛共识,需要全面弘扬和大力践行“同球共济”精神,即加快世界经济互融联动发展,扩大世界共同利益共识;促进各国文明交流互鉴,夯实全人类共同价值共识;共创人类命运共同体实践平台,强化共商共建共享行动共识。The spirit of“promoting global solidarity”is a vivid portrayal of the Chinese nation’s enduring spirit of“sailing in the same boat”projected into international relations,reflecting the spiritual attributes of a community with a shared future for mankind.The spirit of“promoting global solidarity”is inherited from Marxist community thought,rooted in the profound traditional culture of the Chinese nation,and formed in the diplomatic practice experience of the CPC.It brings together the universal yearning of people from all over the world for peaceful cooperation,living in harmony,and harmonious coexistence.It is a powerful spiritual force to gather broad consensus on promoting the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.The emergence of this important spirit condenses the wisdom and experience of China’s major power diplomacy with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and guides the concept and action of promoting the building of a community with a shared future for mankind from a spiritual level.Promoting the building of a community with a shared future for mankind is based on the common interests of the world,built on the common values of all mankind,and begins with the path of action of discussing together,joint construction,and sharing.In response to this,carrying forward the spirit of“promoting global solidarity”is conducive to expanding the convergence of the common interests of the world,drawing the largest concentric circle of the common values of all mankind,and gathering the powerful action force of countries to discussing together,joint construction and sharing.In order to build a broad consensus on promoting the building of a community with a shared future for mankind,it is necessary to comprehensively promote and vigorously practice the spirit of“promoting global solidarity”.Firstly,accelerating the integrated and linked development of the world economy,expanding the consensus on the world’s common interests.Secondly,promoting exchanges and mutual learning amo
