摘　　要：加强党员、干部党性修养、党性锻炼是党进行自我革命的一个重要维度和重要抓手,也是一条重要路径。党的自我革命与党员党性之间存在紧密的内在关联:抓好党员的党性修养、党性锻炼对推进党的自我革命具有基础性重大意义,推进党的自我革命必须注重党员党性修养、党性锻炼;党性原则贯穿于自我革命的全过程及各个层面;彻底的自我革命精神是增强党员党性的必然要求。而理解党员党性修养、党性锻炼“何以能”为党的自我革命注入强大实践动能,可以从其内化成为驱动性力量的机制逻辑、马克思主义党性理论中的革命观的生成逻辑、中华优秀传统文化中的修养思想的文化逻辑以及中国共产党历史上加强党性修养、党性锻炼的实践的历史逻辑四个方面进行理解。找准党员党性修养、党性锻炼与党的自我革命之间的实践交汇点,这是探寻新时代卓有成效推进党的自我革命党性路径的关键,主要包括:在“大熔炉”的党性锤炼中推进党的自我革命;在站稳人民立场的党性锻炼中推进党的自我革命;在正风肃纪的党性锻炼中推进党的自我革命;在正心明德的党性修养中推进党的自我革命。无论是党员的党性修养和党性锻炼,还是党的自我革命,其根本目的都指向于以中国式现代化全面推进强国建设、民族复兴的伟大社会革命。坚持以加强党员党性修养、党性锻炼推进党的自我革命,是推进新时代党的建设新的伟大工程进而推进强国建设、民族复兴伟业的基本要求和有效路径。Strengthening the Party-spirit cultivation and Party-spirit tempering among Party members and officials is an important dimension and a key lever for the Party’s self-revolution,as well as a significant pathway.There exists a profound intrinsic connection between the Party’s self-revolution and the members’Party spirit:advancing self-revolution necessitates a focus on tempering Party members’Party spirit;the Party-spirit principles permeate the entire process and all dimensions of self-revolution;and the spirit of thorough self-revolution is an essential requirement for strengthening Party spirit.To understand how the Party-spirit cultivation and Party-spirit tempering of Party members can inject robust practical momentum into the Party’s self-revolution,we may examine four logics:the mechanistic logic of internalization as a driving force,the generative logic of revolutionary perspectives within Marxist theories of Party spirit,the cultural logic of cultivation philosophies derived from China’s excellent traditional culture,and the historical logic of the practice of strengthening Party-spirit cultivation and Party-spirit tempering in the history of the Communist Party of China.Identifying the practical intersections between the Party-spirit cultivation,Party-spirit tempering of Party members and the Party’s self-revolution is key to exploring effective Party spirit-oriented pathways for advancing self-revolution in the new era.These pathways include:promoting self-revolution through the“great melting pot”of Party-spirit tempering;advancing self-revolution through Party-spirit tempering that consolidate a people-centered stance;driving self-revolution through Party-spirit tempering that rectify conduct and enforce discipline;and deepening self-revolution through Party-spirit cultivation that rectifies the heart and clarifies virtue.Both the Party members’Party-spirit cultivation and the Party’s self-revolution ultimately aim to advance the great social revolution of building a strong nation
